At Carr
Civil Contracting we strongly believe in fostering youth. Our commitment
to training young people is an important aspect of our charter of operations.
We employ a number of apprentice fitters within our workshop as well as
trainee plant operators in the field. |
Another
company objective is to foster solid working relationships between indigenous
and non-indigenous personnel. Approximately 10 per cent of our permanent
workforce is made up of indigenous employees. |
